Tesla’s Ghost

Tesla’s Ghost

An eclectic collection of sea shanties, drunken laments, murder ballads and cautionary tales, written whilst floating down life’s gutter. Featuring a cast of clairvoyants, sideshow freaks, fallen angels, body-snatchers and cameos from Frida Kahlo, Edward Hopper’s Nighthawks, Judas Iscariot and Sitting Bull.

Tesla’s Ghost is available on Blackheath Books (‘artisan publishers for the discerning bibliophile,’ publisher of the mighty Billy Childish, Adelle Stripe, Jenni Fagan amongst others).

‘Tesla’s Ghost had something for me which added immensely to the overall enjoyment and appreciation for the book: it has imagination… Beyond the cathartic and brutal verse of much poetry there lies a finesse and finely-tuned imagination at work; an imagination that uses poetic fiction to create a vivid atmosphere and impart a subtle meaning… Clever. Enjoyable… my favorite collection of 2009.’
– DE Oprava, Grevious Jones Review

‘remarkable… perfect pitch and context. Each poem begs to be re-read and forces you to explore the next.’
– Nathan Tyree (author of Mr. Overby Is Falling), Trick With A Knife
